Do I need a prescription or medical card to place an order?

No you do not. SESH Cannabis is a 100% recreational dispensary, we do not require that you have any prescription or medical licensing to make an order from us. We just require that you be over 19+.

How do you accept payments?

All orders are processed via Interac e-Transfer. 

Interac e-Transfers are a way to send money to someone else electronically without sharing banking information. Interac e-Transfer notices are sent by email, but those are just the notices—no financial information or money transfer details are included in those emails.

Payment instructions will be sent to you by email after placing your order.

Will I get a tracking number or updates on my delivery?

Absolutely. We provide email updates from the moment we accept your payment to the time it is delivered at your house. A tracking number from Canada Post will be sent to your account email shortly after placing your order.

How long do I have to wait for my package to arrive?

As per the Canada Post website:

Major Urban Areas – 1 Day
Non-Major Urban Areas – 2 Days
Northern Regions & Remote Areas – 5 Days or less

National Shipments (Everywhere else in Canada)

Northern Regions & Remote Areas – 7 Days or less

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

If your order arrives not up to your standard we ask that you contact our customer service email to get you set up for a store credit. Depending on the situation, it is at our discretion to decide whether we include free shipping with the store credit.

However, due to the nature of our products we do not offer any refunds of purchases.

Am I guaranteed to receive my order?

Yes. We ship via Canada Post and we do recognize that they can make a mistake from time to time. We will always correct these mistakes to ensure that you do receive your order.

The contents of my package are not what I ordered.

We are sorry for the mixup, sometimes we make mistakes too. Please contact our customer service email and we will sort that out immediately for you.
